Richard has accumulated over 30 years of sales experience and throughout that time has consistently developed his sales professionalism. He is passionate about sales and sales management being developed from the foundations of brilliant execution of fundamental selling skills this being the cornerstone of successful selling at every level.
Richard is a Director of Improving Results and Improving Your Results and earlier in his career held senior sales positions in BT and Perot Systems.
During his corporate career with BT he managed account teams, sales and service teams, bid and project management teams which were responsible for the largest commercial accounts in BT.
With Perot Systems his responsibilities included the relationship management of UBS - Perot's largest account - and their key suppliers for the success of the global Euro and the Y2k projects.
His final responsibility within Perot was establishing strategic European relationships with key collaborative partners. |
