Richard has accumulated over 30 years of sales experience and throughout that time has consistently developed his sales professionalism. He is passionate about sales and sales management being developed from the foundations of brilliant execution of fundamental selling skills this being the cornerstone of successful selling at every level.
Richard is a Director of Improving Your Results and Improving Results and earlier in his career held senior sales positions in BT, Perot Systems and DX.
During his corporate career with BT he managed account teams, sales and service teams, bid and project management teams which were responsible for the largest commercial accounts in BT.
With Perot Systems his responsibilities included the relationship management of UBS - Perot's largest account - and their key suppliers for the success of the global Euro and the Y2k projects.
His final responsibility within Perot was establishing strategic European relationships with key collaborative partners.
Richard was a Sales Director with DX with teams responsible for the teams servicing the Professional Services market and he also had the responsible for the Telephone Account Management team.
With more than ten years of experience in delivering sales coaching and mentoring within a wide range of companies Richard really enjoys being able to use his experience, and learned skills, to help people realise their business dreams.
